Pleated wrap skirt we believe to be from the 1940s in soft shades of cool pinks and greens. Panels featuring delicate buds and blooms in Su Embroidery almost appear to have been painted in a soft wash. Alternating flat and pleated panels form a midi-length wrap skirt with vents at the front and back. Small, precise knife-pleated panels run the full length of the skirt and are accordion tacked in place to keep their shape without sacrificing softness and movement. Snaps with hook-and-thread loop closures along the front and back panels. We would wear with a silk camisole or soft cropped mohair sweater and silk mules for a dreamy, romantic look. Light lavender pink, dusty mauve, baby pink, cream, light mint, sage, jade green, pale yellow.
-Condition: Good Used Condition
*Staining and spots throughout, mainly concentrated as a spill on one of the side pleated panels (pictured); not immediate noticeable and does not take away from the style, especially due to age. Discoloration/fading mainly visible on the pink areas due to age and exposure to light (pictured); does not take away from the piece.
